Zoom meditation class:  Mindfulness: Opening to Uncertainty

This three-part series will explore the practice of mindfulness, with an emphasis on how the practice of mindfulness can help us relate to ourselves and to each other with kindness and courage in this time of great uncertainty.   Mindfulness — open, non-judgmental awareness — can allow us a deep sense of relaxation and peace, as we learn to let go of control for a moment and connect with whatever is happening, just as it is.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching, and Q and A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended that you attend all three classes if possible.
