Mindfulness: Opening to Life with Curiosity and Compassion.

Four Tuesdays: January 22, February 5, February 19, and March 5, 2018

Much more than just a relaxation technique, mindfulness gives us a new way to relate to ourselves and to each other, with an open mind and an open heart, rather than with fixed beliefs, opinions and judgments.  With mindfulness, we can step out of habitual reactions and find new ways to respond to ourselves and others.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching, and Q and A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended that you attend all four classes if possible.
