Save the dates!  Mindfulness class in Fall 2019 — Relaxing into Life as It Is

Four Tuesdays: October 8, October 22, November 12, November 26, 2019

6:30-7:30 p.m., Albert Wisner Public Library, One McFarland Drive, Warwick, NY

This four-part series will explore the practice of mindfulness with a special emphasis on relaxation of the body and the mind.  Mindfulness — open, non-judgmental awareness — can allow us a deep sense of relaxation and peace, as we learn to let go of control for a moment and connect with whatever is happening, just as it is.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching, and Q and A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended that you attend all four classes if possible.
