This three-part series will explore how the practice of mindfulness can help steady us when life feels unstable.  With a steadier mind, we can begin to relax into each moment, learning to let go of control and connect with whatever is happening, just as it is.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching, and Q and A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended that you attend all three classes if possible.
